What are the glow up balls? They are called LED Poi! They are made of a soft plastic, are rechargeable and have loads of different colours/patterns which you can choose!

Are they hard to learn? If you are quite co-ordinated, you will likely pick it up relatively quickly. If you aren't very co-ordinated, it is a great way to improve your co-ordination! It is also great for strengthening the wrists, arms and shoulders! Prepare yourself for some bruises though!!!

I'd love to try them, can I do it? You can!!! They are suitable for all ages and abilities! For younger kids, I have listed some sock poi on Amazon. These are a slightly softer variation and still great fun! I have also poi'ed in a chair on Tiktok, showing that even if you are unable to stand - you can still do it! It truly has helped me to get out of a bad patch and I've made it through a couple of very tough months because its been such an enjoyable thing to do every morning and I've been able to do it even on my bad days!
